Samba Brands Management commissioned New York-based architecture and interior design firm CetraRuddy to design SUSHISAMBA London and Duck & Waffle—two restaurants located on the top three floors of the Heron Tower in London. The restaurants opened in September 2012. The main SUSHISAMBA dining room on the 38th floor is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls and overlooks the London skyline. It features an asymmetrical, arched, lattice-bamboo ceiling with a hanging grid made of 297 lights.
