Columbus, Ohio-based Chute Gerdeman has hired three new team members and announced new roles for three associates. Rob Gallo joins the company as vice president of business strategy and intelligence. He will continue to strengthen and expand the strategy and consumer intelligence practice, as well as work with clients to ensure that their business strategy is directly linked to the brand experience. Jay Highland assumes the new position of vice president, client creative partner, with specific responsibility for key client relationships. Bonnie Kyle has been hired as construction manager. Her role will be to develop construction schedules, cost estimates and detailed bid documents, while supervising the project’s implementation. Maria Rosmarin joins the company as a design development designer. Her responsibilities include design intent documentation for the store environment, custom store fixtures and millwork, coordination with graphic design, lighting design, architectural and engineering consultants and implementation coordination with vendors, fabricators and contractors. Matt Jeffries has been promoted to design director for the company’s brand communications service offer. He will lead brand communication engagements and oversee the creative output for these projects. Steve Williams has been promoted to program manager. He will work closely with both the creative and account teams in his role as the key interface with the client.
