Ross-Simons Launches New Luxury Brand

Jewelry retailer Ross-Simons has launched a new luxury brand called Sidney Thomas. The company enlisted Columbus, Ohio-based Chute Gerdeman to design the nine new mall stores, which focus on higher-end items and a more luxurious customer experience. The store design features an elevated color palette, new fixtures and visuals, and carefully designed lighting. Common areas are softly lit, while a combination of LED and fluorescent showcase lighting highlights the merchandise. “Story cards” tell customers about the unique and precious items in the various collections. Graphics are minimal, allowing the stately and refined Sidney Thomas logo to shine.
