• Designed entirely by London-based JHP, Amouage’s Milan store is located on in a historic listed building at Via Fiori Chiari 7. The luxury perfume and accessories brand is owned by the Omani Royal Family.

  • JHP aligned the depth of the store with the external arch of the building. Through clever planning and space usage, JHP’s creative team created an illusion of more space with a simple architecture shell aligned with the existing archway and façade of the building.

  • The controlled lighting layout includes under-shelf lighting and illuminated base shelves, which create a minimal interruption to the ceiling forms yet casts perfect light onto the products.

  • The store’s floor is made of natural and locally sourced stone, complemented by fixtures decorated with ornaments to reflect Amouage’s middle-eastern roots.

  • Inspired by the fine design of the flacon, the store was designed to reflect the brand’s royal heritage.
