CVS Health to Open Standalone Pharmacy in Denver


Woonsocket, R.I.-based CVS Health has announced plans to launch its first standalone CVS Pharmacy in Denver in 2017. A 1.1-acre site in the city’s West Highland neighborhood has already been approved, and was acquired by CVS in June for $4 million.

Little information is known about the design plan, although it is anticipated to span 14,700 sq. ft. and offer 65 parking spaces, according to the Denver Post.

CVS operates more than 9,600 locations.
