Eleven Pop-Ups Arrive at Row DTLA

The mixed-use project Row DTLA has opened in Los Angeles with 11 pop-up stores. The various openings are part of the Holiday Collective, which will run through the end of 2016.

The Collective will include digital and local retailers such as Away Travel, Capsule, Daniel Wellignton, Local + Lejos, Milla Chocolates, Modern Citizen, Not Neutral, Rollings Greens, the Cartorialist, This Is Ground, and Tokyobike.

According to wwd.com, New York-based real estate firm Atlas Capital and developer Runyon Group have secured leasing for the empty spaces. Comprising 30 acres of the city’s downtown warehouse, arts and fashion districts, the forthcoming project will house brands such as American Apparel, Splendid, and Ella Moss. Upon completion, 100 stores and 15 restaurants will arrive in addition to 1 million sq. ft. of office space.
