• Home fragrance expert Yankee Candle opened its first-ever experiential pop-up shop, CandlePower by Yankee Candle, in New York. Inspired by the power of scent, CandlePower was located at 503 Broadway in SoHo, and was open from Nov. 9, 2017 through Jan. 3, 2018.

  • The 5,340-sq.-ft. store featured 10 immersive exhibits to ignite the senses through scent, sight, sound and touch. The interactive and multi-sensory experience demonstrated how candles have the power to transport and transform by allowing shoppers to celebrate and experience the emotional power of scented candles.

  • A “tipping room” setting provided a fun opportunity for visitors to create Instagramable moments in CandlePower, while showcasing the Fireside scent.

  • The pop-up shop featured exhibits such as a multidimensional wonderland of flowers, cascading with its signature fragrance Sun Drenched Apricot Rose.

  • Another exhibit featured a coastal getaway, gushing with scents of the sun and sand.

  • Balsam & Cedar  is featured in a wooden model of the woods that serves as a walkway further into the space.

  • Shoppers were able to select candles from the Museum Store, which featured a wall of more than 100 iconic candles from the three brands—WoodWick, Chesapeake Bay Candle and Yankee Candle.

  • A personalization lab allowed shoppers to customize their own Yankee Candle by selecting a candle style, fragrance and personal photo to adorn the label.
