Noa Brands Acquires Almax

Mannequin manufacturer Noa Brands has announced the acquisition of Milan-based mannequin producer Almax. The addition reflects Noa’s dedication to sustainability, boasting two eco-friendly factories in Italy and China.

“Noa Brands has long been the global leader in visual merchandising; the addition of Almax’s classic European designs, iconic ‘Made in Italy’ appeal, and valuable technology makes Noa Brands’ vast portfolio even stronger,” says John McCarvel, Noa Brands CEO.

“Almax has a long history of superior craftsmanship, quality of materials, and excellent design. Noa Brands shares these same values which is why we believe this agreement makes Almax an even stronger partner for retail customers,” adds Max Catanese, Almax Global CEO. “By being part of Noa Brands’ expansive portfolio, we can provide a wider array of visual merchandising products to meet our customers’ needs.”
