Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Launches App


California-based coffee and tea retailer the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has introduced its new mobile app to enhance customer experience. The app marks the brand’s first step in crafting an omnichannel strategy. Offering guests a chance to check in and pay via mobile scan, the app allows for shorter wait times in-store and further incentivize purchases thanks to a rewards system.

The brand oversees more than 1,000 stores in 30 countries.
