Faherty to Open New York Pop-up

New York-based beach-inspired casual wear brand Faherty will open a pop-up at 351 Bleecker Street in New York for the holiday season.

The two-level, 1,200-sq.-ft. shop will be designed as a “Faherty Cabin,” and will house the brand’s fall and holiday apparel collections including pre-washed cotton flannels, traditional sun- and wave-patterned Cowichan sweaters, Aztec-printed brushed cotton surf ponchos and sherpa-lined serape print blankets, according to wwd.com.

The store also will offer an assortment of accessory, grooming, pet, children’s and home goods from brands including Wigwam, Red Wing, Waltzing Matilda, Baxter, Taschen Books, Jack Rudy Cocktails and We Took to the Woods candles.

Interior designer Ryan Lawson partnered with the Faherty brothers’ mother Ninie Norris to design the shop, which intended to transport customers out of the city and into a cozy lodge.

The pop-up shop will remain open through Christmas Eve.
