Canada Goose Opens Cold Room in New Jersey Store

Toronto-based outerwear brand Canada Goose has announced that its newly opened store at The Mall at Short Hills in New Jersey is equipped with a Cold Room where customers can test the signature parkas in temperatures as low as -13 degrees farenheit. WWD reports that the 50-sq.-ft. Cold Room will operate throughout the year, and better acquaint shoppers with Canada Goose’s Thermal Experience Index. The Cold Room concept first launched at a Canada Goose store in Tokyo last year, and eventually expanded to Boston and Montreal flagships.

The opening rounds out the brand’s United States footprint to four, with additional outposts in New York, Chicago and Boston. Canada Goose will celebrate openings in Montreal, Vancouver, Beijing and Hong Kong later this year.
