Dillard’s May Replace Boston Store Units in Milwaukee

Little Rock, Ark.-based department store Dillard’s may enter the Milwaukee market this summer as the replacement tenant in three folding Boston Store locations. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the company is still deciding whether or not to move into storefronts slated to close at Brookfield Square, Mayfair and Southridge Mall as well as a store in Younkers. Dillard’s, which operates nearly 300 stores in 29 states, reported a 21.4-percent sales jump during its first quarter of 2018, leaping from $66.3 million to $80.5 million.
