HEMA to Open First Stores in Austria


Amsterdam-based retailer HEMA has announced plans to expand into the Austrian market for the first time following the successful launch of new units in Germany. The company is set open two stores in central Vienna in spring 2018 before setting sights on additional Austrian cities. HEMA anticipates opening up to 35 new international locations in 2018.

HEMA holds a store count of 700 across Europe.
