Printemps Introduces Food Hall and Grocery Store


French department store Printemps has announced the launch of its new food hall at the Printemps du Goût along Boulevard Haussmann in Paris. The gastronomic concept is spread across the upper levels of the flagship to frame views of the nearby Opera as well as the Eiffel Tower.

In addition to dining on the eighth and ninth floors, the seventh floor hosts a gourmet grocery store. According to wwd.com, the grocer showcases roughly 2,500 products including an extensive wine selection. The department is anchored with a 19th century Champagne bar crafted from wood and marble.
