Sears to Expand Amazon Partnership


Hoffman Estates, Ill.-based Sears Holdings has announced that it will expand its partnership with Amazon across the United States. Since initiating the collaboration last month, Amazon has assisted the department store chain to install car tires ordered from any brand through Amazon, offering customers the option of having tires ordered online shipped to their nearest Auto Center. Sears now plans to grow the service from 47 Sears Auto Centers to 118, CNBC reports.

The department store previously outlined plans to shutter dozens more locations in the near future aidst ongoing closures.
